These terms apply to the Aveluna Learn website and Little Explorers private beta, an Aveluna Group project. By using them, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the services. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Private invitations and supervised use
Access is limited to beta testers personally invited by Tim Dela Rosa. There is no public enrollment. The parent account holder must be an adult authorized to manage the assigned learner profiles and must actively supervise each learning session. A child’s name does not create an account or grant access. An invitation is limited to its assigned family and may not be transferred.
Parent accounts
Provide accurate parent information, protect your password and second-step verification method, and use only profiles assigned to your account. Do not share credentials or verification codes or allow unauthorized access. Contact support@avelunagroup.com if you believe access has been compromised. You remain responsible for supervising use under your account.
Educational purpose and no promised outcomes
The app provides home-learning practice and encouragement. It is not a school, official assessment, diagnostic service, professional advice, or replacement for a teacher or qualified specialist. We do not promise a particular grade, test score, proficiency level, learning outcome, complete curriculum coverage, or suitability for every learner. Practice percentages and recorded active time must not be treated as official school scores or proof of continuous attention. Use parent and professional judgment when choosing activities and supports.
Beta availability and future features
Features, content and access may change, contain errors, be interrupted, or be discontinued. The illustrated product preview may differ from the working app. Tutorials and additional learning tools are planned features, not commitments. No public paid plan, subscription or App Store release is offered by this beta. Any future paid service requires a separate, clearly disclosed offer and acceptance.
Permitted use and content
Invited families may use the app for their own supervised, noncommercial learning. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another family’s records, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, redistribute protected lesson materials, or present app content as an official school assessment. Site and app materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or grant rights to third-party brands or materials.
Family records and support
Data handling and parent requests are described in the Privacy Policy. Save a backup when export is available; in-app restore and offline operation are not guaranteed features. The local family app and hosted app are separate stores and do not automatically synchronize. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full school reports, or sensitive personal documents to support.
Service disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed educational results. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, privacy obligations, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights relating to fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
Suspension, ending use and changes
We may suspend or end beta access for misuse, security concerns, or changes to the trial. You may stop using the service and contact support about your records. We may update these terms and the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Applicable law governs these terms; mandatory rights remain in effect.
